  • Mantenimento/sedentario : 0,83 g/Kg/d
  • Ipertrofia : da 1,6 g/Kg/d a 2,3 g/Kg/d (0,53 g/Kg a pasto)
  • Dimagrimento : ~ 1,3 g/Kg
  • Sport di resistenza : ~ 1,6 g/Kg
  • Anziani : da 0,8 g/Kg/d a > 1 g/Kg/d
